The Activity Spaces describe 15 types of activity that teams will be doing in order to move between the alpha states. The alphas help us work out what state we are in, but don’t help us much with what to do to move between states. As the team works, the state of each alpha will change as progress is made (or not!). They are things that all teams care about and each one can be in one of a small number of states.
